How do I get started?
You will need any computer with any 4.0 or higher web browser and any digital camera, or a regular camera and scanner. Log on to your account by clicking here. Choose the virtual tour style you prefer and then upload your files. For more information visit our online help desk.

How long will you host my Distinctive Home Tours virtual tour?
If you sign up for our subscription service, you have complete control over your virtual tours. They are available as long as your subscription is active. If you sign up for a single virtual tour, this tour will be active for 1 year and can be renewed for an additional $29.95.

Are 360° images available in my Distinctive Home Tours tours?
No. Distinctive Home Tours does offer three different tour templates. Our “Video” and “Broadcast” templates offer panning images that do not require complete 360° views. This allows you to focus on the strengths of your listing.

Do I need to use a video camera?
No. All of the images were taken with a regular still digital camera.

How many images can I have in one tour?
Distinctive Home Tours offers three styles of virtual tours. Our first style, “The Slideshow” is the easiest to work with and offers unlimited images. Our other styles, “The Video” and “The Broadcast” are designed to accept 12 images each.

What type of digital camera can I use?
All digital cameras or scanners will work with our system. Purchasing an expensive digital camera is not necessary.
