Guarantee: DistinctiveHomeTours.com offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee for the initial fee(the cost of a single virtual tour, $39.95 or the cost of the first months subscription, $39.95). After the first 30 days, the account may be closed at anytime by notifying [email protected]. Cancellation will not be honored retroactively nor will it be prorated. If you are registering for a single virtual tour you will be only charged for the single tour at a rate of $39.95 for one year. This tour can be renewed for an additional year for $39.95.
Payment & Service Terms: Purchaser of a single tour agrees to have this cost charged to their credit card. Subscriber agrees to have the monthly subscription fee automatically charged to their credit card each month on the day the account is registered. Subscriber understands DistinctiveHomeTours.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel service for non-payment. Should the account be cancelled, the access to online account and tours will not be accessible. Any tours and account information will be retained for 90 days after the expiration or cancellation of an account. A $100 reactivation fee will be charged to reactivate the account.
The subscription service permits one agent to create an unlimited number of tours for their own personal listings, listing for their buyers, neighborhood or personal listing related tours. Posting of other than the agent’s own tours shall be cause for immediate cancellation of this agreement.
The single virtual tour tickets entitles the purchaser to create and edit a single virtual tour for one year.
Right to Use: DistinctiveHomeTours.com reserves the right to use a copy of all tours.
Liability Limit: It is agreed that the entire remedy for the breech of this contract shall be limited to the actual price paid for the subscription order and shall not include or extend to any claim for or right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, or special, incidental or consequential damages or other similar claims. In no event will DistinctiveHomeTours.com’s liability for any damages to you or any other person ever exceed the actual price paid for the items purchased on this order.
